Get to know Wildflower

Why Wildflower

I established Wildflower Therapy Services in order to create a supportive and affirming space for neurodivergent people to learn how to love themselves.

In a world full of roses, we are the wildflowers. Growing in our own unique way, and just as beautiful.

I want neurodivergent people to have a space where they can feel safe enough to be who they truly are.

I want us all to re-discover the wonderful parts of us that society has stifled or silenced.

We deserve a happy existence in this world. You deserve to love yourself. You deserve to feel wild and free, like a wildflower.

Values

  • Everyone is welcome here. All of your parts are welcome here.

  • I value authenticity and showing up as who you are in the moment. No need to wear a “normal person” mask here. We connect through our humanness.

  • I am passionate about creating a more inclusive and accepting world. I believe in amplifying marginalized voices, advocating for marginalized communities and dismantling systems of oppression.

  • I am dedicated to providing culturally responsive care. I acknowledge my unearned privilege as a white bodied provider. I acknowledge that we are on traditional territory of the Dakota and Ojibwe indigenous nations.

  • I love and support my LGBTQIA2S community. Love is love. Trans people are valid and should be uplifted. Trans youth should be protected.

My mission is to help people love and accept themselves for who they truly are.

“Wildflowers aren’t meant to be cut or tamed. They’re meant to be loved and admired.”
