Get to know Wildflower
Why Wildflower
I established Wildflower Therapy Services in order to create a supportive and affirming space for neurodivergent people to learn how to love themselves.
In a world full of roses, we are the wildflowers. Growing in our own unique way, and just as beautiful.
I want neurodivergent people to have a space where they can feel safe enough to be who they truly are.
I want us all to re-discover the wonderful parts of us that society has stifled or silenced.
We deserve a happy existence in this world. You deserve to love yourself. You deserve to feel wild and free, like a wildflower.

Values
Everyone is welcome here. All of your parts are welcome here.
I value authenticity and showing up as who you are in the moment. No need to wear a “normal person” mask here. We connect through our humanness.
I am passionate about creating a more inclusive and accepting world. I believe in amplifying marginalized voices, advocating for marginalized communities and dismantling systems of oppression.
I am dedicated to providing culturally responsive care. I acknowledge my unearned privilege as a white bodied provider. I acknowledge that we are on traditional territory of the Dakota and Ojibwe indigenous nations.
I fully support the LGBTQIA2S community. Love is love. Trans people are valid and should be uplifted. Trans youth should be protected.
