Therapy Services
-
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a place for you to talk about what you want to talk about. A space to express, process and explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. A place to feel seen, heard and nurtured.
-
Relational Therapy
Relational therapy is meant to nurture romantic love and intimate relationships. This can include couples, polyamorous folx, polycules and open relationships. I specialize in working with relationships where 1 or more partners are Neurodivergent.
-
Family Therapy
Family therapy is a safe space for families to come together and sort through their “stuff” together. We can work on creating more empathetic connections and using healthy communication to reduce stress and conflict. I work with parents and adult children.
-
Parent Therapy
Parent therapy is intended to support parents and caregivers with the important job of raising good humans. I can help you navigate the journey of being and becoming the kind of parent you want to be. I specialize in working with parents of Autistic and ADHD teens/young adults
