Do I need therapy?
Good question!

It can used to improve your functioning or improve your life.

Individual therapy is tailored to YOU and what YOU are needing. It can be short bursts or for long periods of time. It can be weekly, biweekly or even monthly for maintenance.
You get to decide if and when you go to therapy.
